Born in Istanbul in 1972, Mahmut Serden Dinçler completed his secondary education at Galatasaray High School and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1997.
He began specialist training in Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery at Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital and received his specialist qualification in 2003. During his training, he joined the Hôpital Général clinic in Dijon, France, as an observer.
After completing public service as head of the Plastic Surgery clinic at Rize State Hospital, he led aesthetic plastic surgery clinics in private hospitals and continues his professional work in Istanbul.
