Our existing care pathway brings together personal assessment, the procedure where appropriate and clinical follow-up. The details of the individual plan, fee inclusions and appointment schedule are clarified with the team. We keep those clinical arrangements distinct from the travel services you choose yourself.
If you already have somewhere to stay, or prefer to select your own accommodation, that separation may suit your plans. If you need a single company to arrange the entire trip, our clinic-only service is a different offering. Understanding that early avoids comparing two prices that buy different things.
SERDEN provides appointment-based clinical care in Istanbul, not an all-inclusive travel package. Patients arrange their own flights, accommodation and airport transfers.
If you searched for a hair transplant package in Turkey, that distinction matters before you ask for a price. You may want one booking that combines several services, or you may prefer to arrange travel yourself. Start by deciding which arrangement you are actually comparing.
What does “all-inclusive” mean?
Treat the phrase as a prompt to request a written list. Do not assume that every offer covers the same travel arrangements, room nights, clinical services or follow-up. For any offer, ask who provides each service and whom you would contact if a booking changes. Keep clinical questions separate from hotel or transport questions so neither gets lost in a single package price.

Why choose clinic-only care?
You might already know Istanbul, have accommodation available, or prefer to choose your own travel arrangements. A clinic-only appointment lets you make those decisions separately. That does not establish that it will cost less or be more suitable than another arrangement; the answer depends on your plans and the services being compared.
It also means taking responsibility for the practical details. Check the appointment location, allow time to reach it and ask when the clinic expects to see you again. Your hotel dates should follow the confirmed clinical schedule, not the other way around.

Can I still receive support in my language?

Can I book travel before the appointment is confirmed?
Ask for confirmation first and review the flexibility of any reservation. A message expressing interest is not the same as a confirmed clinical appointment.
Travel arrangements do not replace medical assessment. The clinical recommendation and recovery plan must be individual.

Is airport pickup included?
No. Airport transfers are arranged independently by the patient. Confirm the appointment address before organising your journey.
Is language support part of a travel package?
No. English, French and Arabic patient communication is available through our advisors. That does not mean hotel or transport booking is included.
What if I am not suitable after examination?
Ask the team to explain the clinical decision and the applicable appointment, payment and cancellation terms. Do not assume travel reservations will be refundable; check them separately with each provider.
